STEM Racing is an international STEM competition where teams of students aged 9 to 19 design, build, and race miniature Formula 1 cars. Teams form virtual F1 companies and manage all aspects of their project, from design to marketing. Cars are crafted using CAD/CAM software and raced on a 20-meter track using compressed air propulsion. Criteria for judging include design, innovation, presentation, and teamwork. The competition spans regional, national, and international levels, culminating in the World Finals. Beyond technical skills, participants develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities, making it a dynamic platform for STEM engagement and skill development.
